Bernie is awesome! My parents have used him for years now and I started to last summer during the heat wave. He arrived the same day I called and fixed it right away AND at a great price. I had to call him again today and he called me back in less than an hour. He told me over the phone how to clean out the trap and it is all fixed.. all over the phone in just a few minutes at no charge! I cannot recommend this company enough.
