Richard Yukihiro is the COO of Patriot Environental Services. He is an unscrupulus person. Patriot has no intentions to perform honest enironmental services. As an example, on April 6, 2012, Patriot resonded to a burning yacht sinking off the shore of malibu. The yacht supposedly lost app. 100 to 200 gallons of fuel. The fuel dissipated, so no realistic recovery. However, patriot environmental services collected over a ton of seawead along the coast claiming that it was contaminated with fuel. It was not. So, they processed it as hazardous waste and treated the whole scene as an environental emergency respone and collected several hundred thousand dollars from it.
