Ed Moore was a no-show, and he didn't even bother calling. We had a 10:00am appointment with Ed Moore for estimating the removal of several large trees. I left work at 9:30am to meet him at the house. I called at 10:08am and asked where he was. His secretary, Maggie, said that he's on the way and that he should be there soon. I called again at 10:46am and asked where he was. Maggie said that she'd call him and check. She called me back at 10:50am and said that he got called by another customer, the Coast Guard, while he was on the way to me, so he got "detained" there. She assured me that he's on the way now. I would not recommend this company to anyone else if they can't even do the courtesy of calling to say that they'll be an hour late.
