I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT about a month ago I went to Macys. my mom is a good customer of Shiseido. this lady tell me that if I wanted a facial. well I did got the facial and at the end the lady told me that I need it some type of Shiseido's product, I spent $500 in products just for me + my mother spent another $500 on hers. after following the steps of the product Macy sold me my face was red, I had rash so I called and they told me to keep using it that it just making my skin better since I don't know anything about this product and im not allergic to anything I keep using it. one day I went to another macys to shop for a gift so I passed by shiseido and I asked one of the ladies if that was normal and she told me NO. and she asked me I I can please bring the product to the store and talked to a supervisor. I went took the products to macys they refunded my money so NOW MY FACE HAS BIG WHITE PATCHES LOOK LIKE THEY PUT BLEACH ON ME. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED THAT IM CALLING THIS STORE SUPPOSE TO BE THE HEAD OFFICE FOR SHISEIDO AND I CAN NEVER TALK TO ALIVE PERSON. MICHINE SAIDS TO CALL NORMAL HOURS WHICH I AM STILL NO ONE ANSWERES, I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. NOW I AM DEALING WITH MY FACE LOOKING DISCUSTING. CAN YOU PLEASE CALL ME. I AM VERY DISAPOINTED. MACYS TOLD ME TO CALL YOU GUYS WHICH I DID. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. THIS PRODUCT BLEACH MY FACE. I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS.

I have been using Shesido products for faithfully for 43 years. I am 63 years old and have never had a problem with my skin. I can attest this to Sheseido. Now that I am older I am finding it difficult to pay for the products and still want to make it my priority and hope that I can maintain my regimen. I one suggestion....The beneficiance creamy cleansing emulsion has a pump cap that is not removable.The problem is there is plenty of cleanser left at the bottom of the bottle so this is wasteful. Perhaps they can make a removable twist off neck. Much obliged
