VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY DISRESPCTFUL AND EXTREMLY RUDE! the property manager came by my home one afternoon walked up to my door as my husband walked outside to greet him, my husband proceeded by asking "good afternoon how are" and the first words out of this very unprofessional individual were "i am very unhappy with you letting your grass die" NO greeting NO professional intruductions NOTHING! he then starts to point out that our neighbors yards were not dead as if any of that had to do with us, my husband explained that we had shortened that amount of time that we were watering due to the "drought" he did not want to hear my husbands explanation and simply turned around and walked away as my husband was speaking to him...i received the phone call from my husband natrually livid that this had just happened from someone who is suppose to be a "professional" i then proceeded to call the property manager and sure enough he was being once again rude, disrespectful even over the phone and when i brought out that fact that we were in a drought and that contributed to our decreasing the water use he asked "well did you get that in writting in the mail that they passed a law like that" i am assuming he was simply being a smart a** at that point, he asked if i thought it woudl be better for him to have "written a letter" to put in my file, once again being a smart a**...NEXT DAY WE GET A LETTER LETTING US KNOW OUR RENT HAS BEEN INCREASED! VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE NEED FOR RETALIATION
