Custom Home Design & Construction Suncrest Custom Homes has been in business since 1987 & has specifically been building in the McKinney, Texas area since 1996. We specialize in homes ranging in price from $110K to $175K. We have built over 200 homes in the areas of McKinney east of Hwy. 5 and the older, more historic areas of McKinney. 75% of our work has been for "first time homebuyers" and we have worked with the "City of McKinney Affordable Home Program", as well as the "McKinney Housing Authority". We work with clients to design & build homes on their lot, or we have a number of lots that we own on which we can build.
