I'd like to thank the Asst. Mgr. - Cody for his time and understanding. My mother lives in Wister, OK and I live in WV. I sent her a gift visa card for her birthday so she could purchase some food. I guess the cashier assumed my mother had "lifted" the card. But despite the misunderstanding and the chain of events that followed.....Cody personally called my mother to apologize for the inconvenience and embarrassment which she had experienced and offered her a $25.00 gift card. Needless to say, I double checked online and the visa card was in fact activated as I thought. All's good. Debbie in WV.
