Charter Guide service on Lake Texoma. Specialize in artificial lure fishing and the thrill of the hunt Bill Carey has been fishing Lake Texoma since 1977. In 1983, He began fishing professionally and started Striper Express guide service. He is a member of the Texas Outdoors Writers Association and writes the Lake Texoma monthly report in Texas Fish & Game and Texas Outdoors Journal magazines. He is a free-lance photographer and writer. Bill also does weekly radio on 15 stations and streamed on the internet with Luke Clayton Outdoors. He is on several Pro-Staff teams and does seminars at trade shows and outdoor events.
