All of last winter and spring, I have had nothing but grief with my business account debit card. Yesterday I spoke with Diana Morris (which office branch, I don't know) on the phone for about 20 min. and she has cleared all problems away and the card now works fine. I'd like to thank her and compliment her to her manager! In this age of online, and telephone banking it is so very important to have the right people available to solve problems, and obviously she is skilled and very professional. Please thank her for me.
