ANYONE WHO PATRONISES THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS MAKING A BIG MISTAKE!!! they kept my truck for 1 week telling me everyday that I was next in line for 2 hrs. of work ,I was told on Monday that I would recieve an estimate called monday morning for estimate was told that estimater was on phone long distance and that she could not talk at that time after 2 hrs. and not recieving a phone call from Bishops I went to their establishment was told she was working on the estimate at that point and time work began on the truck I was told that there were complications, problem was assesed was given estimate when asked why so much $ she said she really didn't know the status of the truck after waiting one hr. for the mechanic to come back from lunch I was handed another estimate a for lesser which was still 200.00 more than Clinton Tire I was told that the truck had to be pushed out of the garage and wouldn't be worked on at that time needless to say hired wrecker to tow my truck to clinton tire.
