I have had a terrible time with on line ordering. I have sent over 10 e mails and the same women write me back never helping me always putting me off. Eample "rose bush has been planted 3 months see picture i am sending you" Reply " give it 2 more weeks" 2 weeks later no it is not growing, reply" sorry it is too late now to mail one, and we are also now out of them". Honestly at this point i would have sent a replacement bare rooted , pottied whatever just something! I have turned them in to BBB after asking for a refund and not hearing anything from snooty customer service lady
