I was having a hard time finding some parts for a Bobcat mower. My order with another company was cancelled due to back order but I needed the parts asap for my customer. I was able to find them at M&D but before I placed the order I emailed and called to make sure they actually had the parts in stock so the order would not get cancelled days later if the part was unavailable. When I called I was very rudely told that they just answered my email and hung up. According to the email they had the parts in stock. I placed the order immediately. Got my emailed order confirmation and never heard anything for a week. 8 Days later I get an email that one of the parts is one backorder. I replied and asked why, when I called and all I got was "Stock changes constantly". That is why I called to verify you actually had it and should have been told before 8 days if you did not. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their incompetence now make my business look bad. Do not waste your time here, especially if you are a business that relies on providing good service to your customer.
