We are a family owned Christian based business specializing in baseball and softball glove repair. Mike has been relacing and reapairing gloves for thirty years. Due to the volume of business he no longer restore old gloves, but can do extensive repair. We have been selling new gloves since 1995. I was dissatisfied with the Mike's service.
On Nov 25, 2019, I ordered a new Wilson A2000 glove. He promised me it would be ready to ship to me by the "following week." On Dec 7, 2019, I inquired about the status of my new glove. He said he got delayed. Also, since he advertised that he can break in new gloves, in my text message, I expressed my desire that he "really break in my new glove."
On Dec 16, 2019, Mike informed me that he received my glove, along with 4 other orders. I replied that I was in "NO rush" to receive my glove by Christmas. I preferred that he take "his time in breaking in" my glove.
Almost a month later, on Jan 13, 2020, we spoke on the phone. He was going to mail out my new glove and would also include a bottle of Lexol Leather Conditioner.
On Jan 16, 2020, my new glove arrived . . . but sadly, it was Not "broken in." Also, the package did Not include a bottle of Lexol. I was Displeased and Disgusted. Caveat Emptor! . . . enough said.
