This company is owned by a woman named Dana. I called them to set up a cleaning of a wool 8x10 rug because my dog peed on it a few days prior. She had it picked up, when the men looked at the bottom of the rug they couldn't find any stains. When the rug came back, I left it exactly the way it came back to me, rolled up. When the rug was laid back out, the once vibrant orange rug was faded, streaked, and in some spots marbled. This rug is a little over a year old. It is also a 1800$ rug that was purchased on sale for 800$. Dana offered to refund my money for the cleaning but nothing else. Refuses to pay the cost of 800$ to replace the rug that she, personally, "cleaned" and damaged. I did not use any offensive language yet she hung up on me twice. HORRIBLE business ethics. I would never suggest this company to anyone.
