Me and my mother stopped by this store and proceeded to try and buy our items the cashier Crystal approached us not in the most friendly matter my mother began to ask questions because there are no dressing rooms to try clothes on before she was even allowed to finish her sentence the girl was already replying no as if she was in a hurry to get us out the store and she was going to hand over our change she layed it out on the counter not handing it over to us this i found odd but did not say anything as we were ready to leave my mother being the kind soul she still said thank you and crystal acknowledged my mother was speaking to her turned around as no one was speaking to her. Never have i felt more disrespected i returned later and spoke to manager but she shrugged it off and smiled and co worker i will be taking this up to corporate. If you work in retail you get paid to have good customer service and be respectful if the client is being respectful to you. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!

Just visited Susie's Deals in Anaheim at Lincoln and State College. What a terrible experience! I purchased a handful of clothing. The cashier told us that certain items were clearance so could not be returned. She never told us that we could not get a refund on the rest until she was finishing the transaction. Thinking we could return anything that did not fit we continued. As she gave us our change she told us that only merchandise exchange was store policy. How stupid not to provide dressing rooms and then not give a refund when you return items that don't fit. The store manager was rude and of no assistance. I am on vacation and not familiar with store policy. I have never been expected enter a store and request a copy of store policy before shopping. How ludicrous!!! When asked where I could enter a complaint, she said there is no number and no one to complain to. UNREAL!!!!!

Before the whole BK thing w/Susie's Deals you could try on clothing. The staff at 2 locations told me that new ownership DOES NOT ALLOW clothing to be tried on. There are zero dressing rooms in all of their locations. There are NO MORE dressing rooms. I literally had 10 items in my arms ready to purchase but ended up putting all the items back and bought NOTHING. This is bad business practice. There is clothing that has been in the same spot for over 10 months. Items are not turning quickly. If corporate bought their inventory on credit, they are losing money every month due to slow inventory turn/movement. I used to be a devoted Susie's Deals customer for over 15 years. Very disappointing. I was ready to spend money too! :(

They told me to try them on over my clothes! REALLY!!!!!!! I will never buy clothes I can't try on! I will never shop there again and plan on telling everyone I know not to go there either!!! I will post on facebook about how disappointed I was!!! you will lose lots of money if you don't put in fitting rooms and even then I won't know you did because I will never go in there again!!!!!!!

The store in West Covina is an absolute nightmare. The store in West Covina is an absolute nightmare. No dressing rooms, extremely ridged return policy and an incredibly rude and unaccomodating manager (you'd think the money was coming directly out of her wallet). 1/2 of the items I purchased had holes in them, unsewn seams, broken zippers. I returned them, with the receipt and tags within the week and was told that the tags had to also be attached or no store credit and refund is "just not done". I let them know that this would be the last time I shopped there. Others should be made aware that inexpensive becomes expensive when you must repurchase items more than once, or get stuck with damaged goods that won't be refunded!
