we will work together to create the home of your visions, within your budget, and in a timely manner! I am an Energy Star certified builder. Having worked for two large production builders in and around Pensacola has given me insight towards my clients wants as we go along in their building of their dream home...two dimensional drawings sometimes just don't give the right visual to some. When the process is moving along in the 3 - D things can be added or changed to better suit my clients the majority of the time....I will make every effort to do this without "spanking" them financially for "change orders" if noticed in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction is my number one goal.....that makes my reputation. Kenn Young
