I recently purchased a new Snapper mower from this group of super nice people. All of them went out of their way to make sure I was attended to. After bringing the mower home the battery died on it. I checked the battery to find the electrolite almost half gone. New batteries usually come full. So I filled the battery and charged it. The mower wouldn't start. I tried and tired but had to call Emerald for help. Since I could not bring the mower to them, they made a run out here to see what the issue was. I hate to admit this, but it was operator error. I had the PTO engaged. The mower will not start with the PTO engaged. He disengaged the PTO and started the mower right up. I can't tell you how stupid I felt, dragging him all the way out here in the country for a stupid mistake. I was treated with a smile and to not worry about the service call. I can't say enough good things about the people who work for this company. They are a truly a great community example of how a business should treat their customers.
