L.A. 9/14/2012 What happen to Customer Service at Ceninela Feed & Pet Supplies??? This pet shops use to be a pleasure to go to. Decent prices and discounts, nice staff and great managers. However, for the past 6 months a lot has changed at the two locations I shop: 5299 Sepulveda Blvd in Culver City & 8655 Lincoln Blvd in Westchester. One of the managers at the Lincoln store, (Michelle? Danielle?) is very stand offish and condescending. Yesterday I’ve tried to exchange an unopened packaged of dog treats for something else at the Sepulveda location and was told by manager Pat, she would have to charge me 15%. Obviously she already forgot that I’ve spent almost $400 at her store a few weeks ago and that I’m at that shop at least 2-3 times a month. (5 animals; dogs and cats) Well, good news. I have found Global Pet Food Outlet on Sepulveda and Braddock (near Pat’s location) in Culver City. Great store, well stocked, great prices and real nice, not attitude staff!!! Why go to Centinela Feed and spend hundreds of Dollars every month when we have choices? Right…
