Avoid this business like the plague. Mr.Rick Dean took my Mercedes out for a road test, floored the gas pedal, blew out the rear differential then refused to fix it. My vehicle sat in his driveway for six months while I would check on it every week he would have excuse after excuse as to why he had not started on repairs. This charade went on for six months. My brother took his van to Mr. Dean and was told it needed a a new head gasket. My brother paid 900 dollars to have the head gasket replaced upon Mr. Deans advice, and it started overheating before he left Mr. Deans driveway. It still sits there to this day as Mr. Dean now has no idea as to what it could be The breaking point for me was when I had finally waited long enough for him to repair my Mercedes that he damaged during an aggressive test drive and I went out to pick up the vehicle and he kicked one of his "adopted" pit bulls several times that he had "rescued". This dog was several years old with arthritis and was not going back into the garage fast enough for Mr. Dean. It was at that point that I realized there was something severely wrong with this this individual and I had my unrepaired vehicle removed from his premises immediately.
