I would never order or recommend Avon cabinet's to anyone. Had rep. come to house to place order and match the cabinets we currently have. They showed us a catalog and we then asked for a sample door to be brought out to house.. Week's later, Avon rep was given pieces of a door (top curve only) and came out to the house arranged the pieces and they were close. I was also sold an upgrade to color match and that the cabinets would not be stained without my approval.(Sample door provided to them) Avon also did not want to do the cabinets at this time due to the fact it was only 4 cabinets. Eight weeks later the cabinets come in and I drive down to Bradenton to view color. Avon had already started to stain the cabinets without me seeing them. They brought a stained door where color was close but the door was nothing like or close to what we had or I thought I had ordered.( I was told that Avon had to order the doors larger and cut down to make it look like my orginal doors.) Now they take a special order door and make it a special- special order door! (FRIDAY) I brought another door with me at that time as well. Color they had put on did not match and their paint man brought that to my attention. (great guy,great job) (Monday) I go back down After seeing the major differences between the style's of doors,was told they would have to strip stain off door and redue. We ordered 4 more doors only to wait another 8 weeks.. Shelby's customer service skills are horrible and she lied.
