McKinnon Legal Nurse Consultants offers services for plaintiff and defense clients in the areas of medical and nursing malpractice, personal injury, toxic torts and environment, negligence, workers' compensation, product liability, and any case where health, illness, or injury is an issue. We assist with obtaining medical records; identify, interpret, and review medical records for merit; identify missing records; screen medical records for tampering; review hospital policies and procedures; define adherence to and deviations from the applicable Standards of Care; conduct medical and nursing literature searches; locate testifying experts and analyze expert witness reports; identify factors that caused or contributed to the alleged damages/injuries; and prepare chronologies of events.
