I would strongly urge against renting from them. There highly unprofessional and there conduct is deplorable. They have consistently shown a blatant lack of responsibility, respect, and organization. letting them selves in to your home at random with absolutely no notice or consideration if your home or not. Its not at all uncommon to have children with them or bring several people to watch one person work when they do show up. Only after exhausting absolutely everything in there power to literally phone it in. Treating tenants and properties little better than a slum lord. Making there homes the most expensive dumps you will ever have.
