One bad liner--I would say it is a fluke. But when I found another family, The Espinoza's, with a Garrett Liner that is failing at the seams and they are having difficulty getting warranty service from your business, definite proof that Garrett Liners is NOT a reputable business. I don't care if you've been in business for 99 years, dishonesty is just that DISHONEST? Not honoring a warranty is simply bad business practice. I would never recommend Garrett Liners to anyone.
