All of us have difficult times in our lives. It was during one of my difficult times I came to find Cathy Bennett. She was one of the best people to ever come into my life. From the first session, I felt she was genuine, caring, non judgmental, and compassionate. Her skills and constant support enabled me to grow so much, and even when my therapy ended, the lessons and skills I learned from our work together still enriches my life today. I consider my time with this trained professional to be one of the greatest gifts I could have given to myself.
