Horribly unprofessional. Charged money to fix her own error and took 8weeks to do it. Did not return calls or emails. I will never recommend Michelle Thompson for anything.

I hired Michelle to do a drawing for a proposed remodel of my kitchen. She didn't show up for the first scheduled appointment, but rescheduled for the next day. . SShe took measurements and promised a two-week delivery date for the drawings. I also wanted to hire her to do engineered plans for the removal of a load-bearing wall. Michelle was late with the drawing by about a week, and when I did get it, it was wrong, the measurements were incorrect and she had to come back and remeasure. She ultimatelyu provided the drawing but without any measurments. I hired her to do the engineered plans to submit to the city for permits. She was supposed to deliver on 3/22. On 3/21 I contacted her and she hadn't started them and needed to come back and do more measurements. She promised to have the plans to me by 4/4 so I could submit to the city. On 4/6 I reached out again and got an out-of-office reply til 4/11, she was on vacation. I emailed her again and as of 4/16 have still not heard back despite my signed contract for delivery of engineered plans by 3/22. As of now I still don't have the correct drawing with dimensions on it that was paid for, and don't anticipate her ever showing up to complete the additional contracted job. Sorry, Michelle, I can't recommend you.
