Came out 2 times recently for my elderly mother both times taking her money; first time charged her for Freon ( May) recently came back again charged her for Freon said she probably had leak in copper line. charged again, said needed to come back and run new copper line. when called out made an excuse that he didn't say that. few days later ac blowing 90 degrees plus air. New HVAC company called and found problem right away. Visible to the eye and hearing hissing, liquid line filter drier completely rotten. This is called abuse of the elderly. The owner proceeded to basically in so many word curse my mother and hang up on her twice today when she called, This is robbery, businesses like this should be shut down completely I have photos of the small part just no place to post them, SHAME ON YOU Owner and son Randy ZERO STARS wasn't an option
