I am not happy at all, I was driving home from work today and there was a blalock truck that passed me and got in front of me. I was approaching the light at dolly parton parkway and the forks of the river heading towards kodak. When he passed me he sprayed my vehicle with OIL!!! I had oil all over my SUV, hood,sides,luggage rack,back of my mirror, and all over my windshield. I called the company and was told they could not do anything since i did not get a truck number. Really?? How am i supposed to get a truck number in the middle of the day, during traffic, and when my vehicle get's sprayed and windshield is blurry which i could not see out of it. I was then told to take it to a car wash immediatly. I told the lady on the phone i could not, due to no money till friday. So we tried to wash it off, I will say this it IS STILL ON MY VEHICLE!!! I am not very happy with this company! I feel they should make this right. I can not get the oil off. I will be getting ahold of someone about this matter. Even if it is the new's then so be it. I DON'T reccomend ANYONE Using this company!! They are rude AND DOES NOT WANT TO HELP, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE IN THE WRONG!!!! I will tell anyone i come across about this matter. I think they should do something about this. I'm sure my vehicle was not the only one sprayed with oil. Those trucks i'm sure have GPS and they know what truck it is.
