I was down at my farm and in SW Oklahoma, where my A/C compressor locked up and burned up the bearings. I had the truck towed in to Johnny Roberts Motors in Altus,Ok. Wilmas Chevorlet towed it in for me and I got thier busniess card to pay my bill. This was the end of November. After spending 1300.00 dollars to fix the A/C unit at Johnny Roberts. I ran the A/C for 20 minutes or so to make sure it was working. Forty five days later I was back in SW Oklahoma, I notice the A/C isn't working. I mistakingly call Wilmas Chevorlet from thier business card. Thier Service Manager tells me he'll bump me to the front of the line and provide me a courtousy vehicle to use while I'm in town for the next two days. I realize that I have called the wrong dealership, the service manager even provides me the phone number for Johnny Roberts. I call and speak with Johnny Roberts service manager " BUD ". Who informs me theres nothing he can do for me today and thier closed on the weekends. I set an appointment. I drive two hours to bring it in, BUD tells me it's gonna cost another 375.00 to fix the A/C condensor as it is cracked. I ask him why wasn't it fixed the first time. Bud can't provide an answer but states theres no way to prove it was cracked when they fixed it. He tells me he'll have the part on thursday and to bring it back. I paid my local machanic shop an extra 125.00 just so I wouldnt have to deal with Johhny Roberts or Bud. Five stars maybe at Wilmas Cheverolet but not Johnny Robert
