Rane Management runs an operates the Leon apartments in Hutchinson. On the last week of August 2012 the air conditioning quit working for the building. After repeated requests for repair, we were told that the a/c was not going to be turned back on as it was due to go off on 9/1 anyway. The first week of September the temperature was over 100 degrees outside. Food literally melted in the apartments. Several requests were made by tenants. The air conditioning was never turned back on. Several of the tenants informed us that this is how Rane MAnagement operates. Don't take my word for it, before you rent, talk to anyone in town. They all seem to be more than happy to give you their opinion of Rane Management.
