They stopped a leak for us on a rental property in Charlotte. After I called, the estimator told me their remedy for stopping roof leaks. What sold me is that their remedy is permanent and not a quick fix to get the roof through the winter as another roofer told me. That same roofer then tried to sell me on replacing the roof. We didn't like that. Black Owned Roofing Company Quote gave us a very good price and quickly sent a service person over to do the work who was friendly and professional. Once we decide on a new roof, we will certainly have Black Owned Roofing Company Quote do the job. We are very pleased.

They did a commercial roofing project for us nearly 15 years ago. We never had a leak until now. I was reluctant to call them as I didn't think the warranty would still be in effect. When I talked to Mr. XXXX, we laughed as it had been years since we talked. He said they would take a look at it. When I arrived I was surprised to see a crew at the site. We discovered that the leak was from a newly installed air conditioning unit on the roof and was not due to the roof itself. They made the repair to stop the leak anyway and did it at no charge. This was nearly 15 years after they did their initial work. I was expecting them to charge me something but they did not. God continue to bless them. I thought I would share this experience.
