Terrible, terrible experience. Although the company and individual appear to have old world craftsmanship they have unbelievably horrible customer service and follow through. A technician was sent out to remodel the cabintry around my refridgerator. He couldn't without making new trim which was fine. The installer took a piece of my custom trip back to his shop to make more. But after two months and 5 or 6 excuses later ranging from "I forgot you" to "my shop is down" I simply asked for my own trim back. He wouldn't give it back and a heated argument insued. I am now out my own molding and have to restart my search. A terrible, terrible experience. Be aware!
