Had my first visit at Whiting Medical Associates with a sudden sinus infection & URI, felt terrible. Same day appointment when I told them I was sick and out of work. Office staff were great, friendly, a little slow; med tech James was friendly, professional, nice bedside manner, good communication skills, Dr. Elena was professional, a little difficult to understand verbally, expert examination, conservative and very thorough; I felt very comfortable with her. I will return to Whiting Medical Associates.

Had my first visit at Whiting Medical Associates with a sudden sinus infection & URI, felt terrible. Same day appointment when I told them I was sick and out of work. Office staff were great, friendly, a little slow; med tech James was friendly, professional, nice bedside manner, good communication skills, Dr. Elena was professional, a little difficult to understand verbally, expert examination, conservative and very thorough; I felt very comfortable with her. I will return to Whiting Medical Associates.
