I am having a horrible experience with your service department. I dropped my car off on 12/07/11 to have the weatherstripping around my drivers door replaced. I picked up the car on 12/17/11. They replaced the wrong rubber and told me they would order the right one and call me when it came in. I had not received a call by 12/29/11 so I drove over to the shop and they said they were sorry, but could not tell me when the part was coming in. He said he would call me in the morning and let me know where it was and when it would be in. I never received a call so I drove back over there after I got off work and he said he forgot to call and the part had arrived but he let the service tech off early for New Years and I would have to come back again next week to have it fixed. I am very dissapointed with the lack of customer service I have received. Shame on you Tom Jones Ford.
