Security was horrible! I kept that apartment to have a get away from my students, parents and administration after work. Right to privacy as female veteran and teacher. I like my movie star boyfriends and fighter pilots. Instead I got some gossip chick at school district calling the police and making up some story this freeze to death Minnesota girl is some sucidal veteran. Ugly chick leave me alone after bad day of work. What? Some dumb white chick cop at my door after I taught in Compton as the only white in teacher. The white chick is beating me up in my paid home. I am wanting brockman or my 2nd amendment, etc. Security horrible!! Every country in the world gave me better security than that white trash brockman.

I absolutely do NOT recommend Brockman Properties. For various reasons. In short, trust, integrity, and honesty are important. In my opinion, Jill who runs this place lacks those essential qualities in the way she conducts business. VERY VERY VERY hard to get a hold of. You will leave a voicemail 100% of the time when calling this place, test out my review, call their number now. My advice, Don't rent one of their properties OR list your property with Brockman.
