I purchased a beautiful emerald when B&B was in Denver for the Gem Show, and had them send the ring I wanted it mounted in back to their LA location. I have to admit I was getting worried after the work that was supposed to take a week took two. After calling and emailing, I did get some feedback and then received the ring as promised. The stone is beautiful and the work they did on the ring is spectacular! I would do business with this company again, and don't be afraid to work with them if they're just in your area for a gem show! The work was great!
