My new Home for Life : Glickman Design Build, LLC completed a project which allows us to stay in our home for as long as we wish. The remodel and expansion includes the typical aspects: kitchen, bathrooms, larger family room and also a zero step entry and zero step entry to master bedroom/bathroom suite. We are quite pleased. The space is handicap accessible but does NOT look to be. We are very pleased and we feel it will add to resale value if it is sold at some point by us or our kids.

We have a child with cerebral palsy. Russ Glickman has experience with helping families with special needs because he raised a child with CP in a wheelchair. Glickman designed and built a covered accessible entryway with an automatic opening door. He remodeled my son's bedroom to provide an accessible bathroom. His designer included some really cool design features. The project is beautiful and does not appear to be accessible...it just looks beautiful. A beautiful accessible renovation project.

Glickman designed & remodeled my kitchen. I am very pleased with my decision to use them the final product, the service during design & construction, the quality of work and the dedication of all involved. The project went smoothly and Glickman’s team arrived every day, on time and cleaned up each day. I highly recommend the firm. They will build my first floor master suite as I age-in-place.

I spoke with 6 firms: two architects, two general contractors and two design/build firms. I met with 4 firms including Glickman Design Build. Glickman was not the lowest nor the highest, but they seemed to have the best creative ideas/solutions. I chose them and I am happy I did. I am thrilled with the results and with the experience. Glickman designed & built a 2 story addition. It contained a family room and kitchen on the main level and a master bedroom/bathroom/closet on the top level. I was very pleased with the entire process from design thru construction. Russ knows how to put a project together. He is a great orchestrator and has attracted a multitude of talent. As someone involved in the financing of large commercial buildings and knowing how some contractors fail to deliver what they promise, I was very careful in making certain that I selected the right contractor. The project that I was bidding out was the expansion of my 2-car garage to a 4-car heated detached garage. After interviewing several contractors and checking out their references and work product, I signed with Glickman. Even then, I was still somewhat apprehensive. Well, my mind was quickly put at ease when I saw how professionally they performed. The renovation involved the taking off and the construction of a new roof, the knocking down of the garage back wall (the entire garage is brick) as well as the front section and portions of the side walls. New concrete was poured in the front and back forming a 45 foot long garage. The ceiling was raised to approximately 13 feet to accommodate a car lift and an attic was created with a drop down ladder for storing car parts. The entire garage was fully insulated, drywall put up, new windows installed, fully painted and a high volume gas heater installed. As i live in a development with a home owners association, they needed to approve the plans. Glickman did an excellent job of walking the HOA through the plans and keeping them up to date on the progress. One of the things that the HOA wanted was that the new brick match, as closely as possible, the old brick which was also the same as the house. As the house was
