I would not recommend working for this company if I were you. You will be lied to take advantage of and there's no integrity. There will be no expense account everything will be coming out of your Commission. then he'll fire you and tell the rest of the group that you quit. Personal experience I was promised commission I was there for almost 4 quarters and have yet seen a single penny of it. supposed to get a quarterly review he never set down to do that rather. there's no structure and there is no direction no anything. There are a couple of people in the office do mean well. However the owner which would be David has no integrity and what I mean by that is he'll tell you one thing to your face and then then another thing when you're in a group people that's what I would call a bully. so I think twice before you apply for this position. No medical no 401(k) I mean if you do decide to work for them I will pray for you that everything works out in your favor.
