These people got off to a very rough start when one of their mechanics pilfered from the owner. The said mechanic removed tools from the business, and did shoddy repair work, many times charging for repairs and parts that were not done or installed. However, after the aforementioned mechanic was fired, the faulty work was not corrected by the shop, costing us over $1000 to get the car repaired properly. The mechanic drove our car almost 300 miles to get the "part" it needed that was never installed. Before this matter was resolved, I was dumb enough to take another of my autos in for an oil change. What can go wrong with an oil change? Well it did, big time. The (new) mechanic broke the only key to the vehicle. It is one of those special keys that must be made at the dealership. He agreed to tow the vehicle to the dealership and have the repair done at his expense. A week went by. Then two weeks, then three weeks. Each time I called he had a different excuse as to why he was not taking care of the repair. Then I saw my car sitting out in a lot. At this point, the battery was dead as I found out when he finally towed it to the dealership for the key after much pestering on my account. Two months had passed, and the untruths just kept adding up. I ended up paying for the repairs and he did not make good on his promise to cover his mistakes. The guy is a li_r and a che_t and has no business being in business. I will be pursuing the matter in small claims court.
