I recently went to purchase a product from the owner who was behind the counter at the time and sold me one of the available e-cigs. I returned the product back realizing it was faulty merchandise. The owner Kulwinder Sandhar, told me to return it to the website blu.com. If you look inside the manual it says you HAVE to return it to the third party seller which was the quickstop in Silverton Oregon. The owner was upset and only offered a refund and gave excuses that i didnt charge it long enough and i was troubled customer. The card did not scan so i said to give me the same model in the window. He told me to leave immediately and i told him i would call the authorities. He threw MY paid e-cig box on the floor. 5min later the police officer made him give me a refund. I will not shop here anymore.
