Champion Foundation Repair Champion did such a wonderful job repairing my home, they were very knowledgeable and efficient at the work in which they performed. I had hired another company prior to getting champion to which they did not do what they were supposed to and subsequently did not finish and to make matters worse I did not receive any money back from the first company, I basically wasted time and over 40 thousand dollars. Champion had to come in after the fact to finish the repairs and what a clean and precise job they did. Champion not only did an outstanding job for me they were on time and cost a few thousand less for a better solution of repair. Thank you Jamie wester and the rest of the crew at Champion, you people are A+ in my book! David

I hired this company in April, 2012. I had researched several others. I chose Champion because of the high regard that references gave them, the Lifetime Warranty they provided, and the competitive price of the project. I am glad I did. The outcome was very satisfactory. They have a great team -- includes management, office staff, and on site. They kept their word on all levels and stood behind the entire process. The on site crew showed professionalism throughout the project. They were punctual, dependable, and hard working. They were attentive to our property and respectful at all times. Without sacrificing quality, they concentrated on our job and completed it in 11 days. D. McAlister, Gainesville, Fl

My husband and I moved to Florida in 2009 from New Jersey. We bought our first house in Spring Hill, not knowing anything about sinkholes. About a year and a half after moving into the house, we began noticing cracks on the outside of the house and heard popping noises. I started asking people about it at my job and they said it may be a sinkhole so we called our insurance company. After they came out and looked at our home, they sent us a report that said they wanted us to do grouting and the insurance company told us to get some estimates and that they would pay for the repair. I had a handful of different companies come out to my home and meet with my husband and me. My husband has had horrible experiences in the past with contractors, so we did a lot of research online to see what companies were reputable before making our decision to hire Champion. We didn’t expect women to show up for the appointment, but after meeting with them, I knew that they were the company to go with! They were not only knowledgeable about the repair, but they put us at ease after such a stressful process with the claim. Champion came out, repaired our home, and cleaned up after themselves so you would never even know that we had this done. We are so pleased with the way we were treated by everyone at Champion and we hope to never have any sinkhole issues again in the future! But if we do, we will definitely use Champion!

I do not recommend this business. I recently purchased a home with a 30 year warranty on the repairs made by this company in 2009. They installed 23 helical piers to stabilize the foundation. When I called after noticing new cracks appearing, I was told the warranty would not be honored because it was completed by the previous owners of the business. After researching on the Florida Division of Corporations website, however, it appears that this is still the same company, with the same partners, who conveniently dropped "Systems" from the end of the business name in 2010. Their website refers to a 100% repair success rate and a lifetime transferable warranty, but my experience has found neither claim to be true! Don't trust this company.

Champion Foundation Repair did an excellent job repairing my home. They did a free estimate and it is a locked estimate which means it does not change even if the job takes longer than they thought or they underestimate the amount of materials needed. The estimate was a very reasonable amount. The materials used on the job were high quality and they are realistic on the warranty which is 30 years. They took care of everything I needed and helped me work with the bank and explained what was going on as we stepped through the process. When the job was complete, they gave me a Shutterfly photo book with pictures all throughout the job for my records. They also cleaned up the mess and my yard actually was cleaner when they were finished than before they started. I was given the receipt and the warranty certificate. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation repair work done.
