Attn. Terry Walschmidt and or Manager:: We go to your Restaurant and Oyster Bar, Often, and also purchase Gift certificates. We can only say good things about your Waiters and Waitresses. The Food is always Very Good. Today we were there and ordered Dinners and a Frozen Margaretta. The Margaretta was brought to our table without even a trace of Ice; It was returned for an exchange and the second one was brought back the same way Not Frozen as ordered. We paid our bill and upon returning home, noticed that we were charged $6.50 for the Margaretta, but they did deduct $4.75.. I feel this was wrong. It should have been erased from our order. As it wasn't consumed. I know this seems like such a small thing to complain about but I thought you should know. Thank You Sincerely John and Rose Watson.
