My husband and I have been renting from Mr. Smith for a little over a year now and my husband was with him for 3 years before I came along and we have been very happy with him as a landlord. He has always been quick to get things fixed when they needed it and is very willing to keep his properties looking wonderful. Mr. Smith works very hard to make sure that his tenants are happy with there home. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to move to call and see what he has available.
