If I could put 0 stars, I would. I sent 1 (ONE!) sample for sequencing and never got any results. After 17 days of communication with their customer services, I finally learned that they could not locate my sample (after multiple reassurances that the sample was in a queue to be processed, that it was loaded onto a plate etc). I was told, and it's a quote: "it would be faster to resubmit then wait for an answer from our lab". So after 17 days the sample was resubmitted. Two days later the sequencing results came. Only 2 out of 4 reactions were of acceptable quality. Two other contained only NNNNNs. Waiting for re-sequencing for 4days now.
