I have worked for this man on and off for several years. His customers pay him up front for the jobs But he never pays me in full for the hours I work. At this point he owes me over $4000. One job I worked on was not completed and the customer wanted me to come back to finish the job, but without pay . This was because the owner of the company collected his money up front.
