my personal comments: he over charges and charges for work he does not do. he does not back up his work - example, he installed a costly product that he said was guaranteed and then did a hand shake and said he personally guaranteed the product would work himself. It never worked and he reneged on his guarantee. Again, these are my personal beliefs and comments. Personally, I would never do business with him again.
