Eden Custom Processing operates two solvent recovery plants. The Eden, NC facility utilizes high vacuum distillation with a special chloride resistant 232 sq ft thin film evaporatiing system. The Roanoke, Va facility utilizes 64 theoretical stage Stainless Steel Evaporation and Fractionations system thru force circulation evaporation. These systems are capable of separating solvents from water, solvents from solids and solvents from solids and solvents from other solvents with a through-put rate of up to 400 gallons per hour. The system processes the following products: NMP, MEG, DEG, TEG, 1,3 PDO, 1,4 BDO, MPG, DPG and 2 Ethyl Hexanol. Many other solvents can be processed as long as they are classified as non-hazardous.
