We normally don't write reviews on other companies but we felt we had to on K&S Management so as to make sure others don't make the same mistake. We engaged in a contract with this company over a month ago, which was signed by both parties. On the day of our meeting, Frank and Nathan Park (all run under the owner Sang Park) canceled the meeting an hour before it but also breached and broke our contract in its full entirety and said they will not be providing service. They didn't even give us a reason why or send a formal written notice, but rather a text message without any reason. We are now going to take them to court to get back money for damages caused as we were depending on them to clean our building. We have no doubt we will win as the contract is crystal clear and they clearly broke it. Please be sure to stay away from this company and do not engage with them or hire them. It is sad to see such unprofessional, unethical and poor service from a company. We will be spreading the word to everyone we know in this industry about this company and to not hire them so they don't get into the same situation. We will make sure to do this as we've been in this business a long time and we know how important it is to warn others about bad guys such as K&S management. Wish someone had given us this advice before we engaged in communications with them and wasted our time.
