My husband and I have been to Cindy's Dina several times, and have been please with the service, however, today (3-1-13) we arrived to have breakfast around 10:00 AM. We had to wait until the table to be cleared, which was just fine, not a problem at all. The young girl(waitress), dark hair, thin young lady was clearly disturbed about having to clean the table. My husband (72yrs) and myself(63yrs) were ready to order, I asked if the toast could be well done, with no butter (my husband asked the same question)she clearly understood. We received our order within 5 min or so....the toast was just bread with a light brown spots of toast, so I politely ask her if she would not mind toasting the bread longer(her attitude was disturbing and extremely disrespectful) she walked away and told the owner what my request was....within 2 min she returned with the bread toasted only on one side, I asked her again if it could be toasted on both sides(she pulled the dish off the table, returned with a plate of black burned toast and just threw it on the table with an attitude! No apology for her behavior. I gave her my plate and told her to cancel my breakfast ( my husband ate his) . upon leaving the waitress smacked the bill on the table and just walked to the registrar. The owner called the police and wanted us arrested for questioning the waitress. We will NEVER eat hear again !
