Although Don is VERY nice and attentive to maintenance issues, the other guy in the office needs to stop making excuses with his rude attitude and actually listen to the concern of the renter. If someone gets ill from toxic mold or from an odor coming from underneath the dwelling, they may get sued and need to take all information and concerns seriously. The owner of said property also needs to take concern after letter has been written to his personal residence. Obviously these people don't care. Will be calling city inspector.
