They called me for a PC tune up and when the tech arrived he was drunk from what I could tell. The technician didn't know what Mozilla Firefox was or how to login to his own ftp site. I walked away for a few minutes and he was scouring our family digital pictures of my grandchildren in the bath. I had to tell him to leave.
